SHIPPING POLICY

*Victorious Living Today Ministries STRONGLY recommends that you set up an account with our Online Bookstore when placing your order. A customer account allows Victorious Living Today Ministries to store order history and shipping status.

  • Before completing your order, please check to make sure that all of your information was entered correctly.

  • All UPS orders MUST have a physical address; UPS does not deliver to a P.O. Box address.

TIME TABLE FOR ORDER ARRIVAL

  • You should receive you order 7-14 days after your order has been processed. Unless your order has been postponed due to an unforeseen circumstance. If this is the case you will receive an email or phone call from our Customer Service Dept.

  • ORDER PROCESSING DELAYS INCLUDE:

  • Time allotted for shipping is based on several factors, including destination address and how quickly Sound Wisdom can obtain and assemble items for shipment.

  • To determine an orders estimated DELIVERY DATE please factor in the following information. Your order is received and packaged within an average of 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the day an order is made, availability of the items and shipping method selected by the customer.

  • Orders for multiple items or multiple copies of a single item may take longer to assemble.

TRACKING INFORMATION

  • Orders shipped UPS will have tracking information. Your UPS Tracking number will be available in your Victorious Living Today Ministries Online Bookstore Account as well as in your personal email address that you have given to Victorious Living Today Ministries Online Bookstore Staff.

  • Orders that are shipped USPS do not have guaranteed tracking. Delivery confirmation numbers are used on packages when available from USPS.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

  • On occasion packages are returned as "undeliverable". In such cases, we will issue a full refund (minus the shipping charges).

  • If a package is deemed lost as a result of our error, we will refund the order. HOWEVER, if the order is lost because of customer error, the charges will not be refunded.

  • We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site.

  • If you suspect your order cannot be delivered, and you have not received confirmation of its return or a refund, please contact us.

WHY WAS MY PACKAGE UNDELIVERALBE? 

*Our carriers may deem a package "undeliverable" for one of the following reasons;

  • INCORRECT ADDRESS: If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient.

  • IF an APO or FPO address is entered as an international address', the package will not reach its destination.

  • CARRIER DOES NOT DELIVER TO THE ADDRESS: USPS does not deliver to some addresses. If you (or your office) have put in a request for address forwarding, please note that USPS only forwards first-class mail and magazines, U.S.P.S DOES NOT FORWARD PACKAGES.

  • ADDRESS FORMAT: If an address was entered in an incorrect format, it will be undeliverable.

WEATHER DELAYS

  • If you live in an area experiencing snow storms or other extreme weather, weather delays may add additional time to the estimated delivery date of your order.

AFTER ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE 

  • USPS Ship Methods: No tracking is available at this time. Due to this feature, please allow 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date before inquiring about your order.

  • UPS will have tracking information available in your Online Store account as well as your personal email address that you have given to Victorious Living Today Ministries. Please track your package via this information. Tracking information can read as follows: DELIVERED, UNDELIVERABLE/RETURN TO SENDER, or there may be no information available.

    • DELIVERED: Please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.

    • UNDELIVERABLE: If the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, please contact us.

    • NO TRACKING AVAILABLE: If you can not locate tracking or delivery information about your package, start with checking your shipping address you entered for your order. If all of your information is correct, please contact us with all of your order information. Please include the following in your inquiry; order number, order date, name order is under, and how it was requested to be shipped.

RETURN POLICY

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

  • ALL MP3 purchases are FINAL.

  • All Products sold can only be exchanged unless you receive special approval from the Victorious Living Today Staff

TIME LIMIT FOR RETURNS

  • FULL REFUND CONDITIONS: REFUNDS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED by the Victorious Living Today Staff.  Only new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Victorious Living Today Staff will receive a refund within 30 days of delivery. Any products shipped to Victorious Living Today Ministries without pre-approval will not be refunded.

  • PARTIAL REFUND CONDITIONS: Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery will only receive a partial refund.

FAULTY PRODUCT

*Please try playing all media in several different players before contacting us about potentially faulty product. Some MEDIA (DVD/CD) will not play in equipment that is not CURRENT technology.

  • We will replace any faulty product you may receive. Before returning the product to us, please contact us and provide the following information:

    • Your name as appears on the order.

    • Shipping address .

    • Your daytime phone number.

    • Order number.

    • Product details: please include information on the make, model and year of your CD/DVD player and symptoms of your faulty product.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • We will pay return shipping costs if we request product to be returned as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

WINDOW OF TIME FOR REFUND

  • ALL REFUNDS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED BY VICTORIOUS LIVING TODAY STAFF. Please do NOT return ANY products without contacting customer service. Products shipped to Victorious Living Today Ministries without pre-approval will not be accepted for refund.

  • All financial information that was given to Victorious Living Today Ministries for purchasing your order is unavailable to our bookstore staff. In order for you to obtain a refund, you will first need to contact us with your credit card account information.

  • You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you may receive a refund more quickly.

  • Time period stated includes the transit time for us to receive your return product (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).
